Jasmine’s Embroidered Turquoise Set
This outfit is not only stunning, but it’s also iconic. Jasmine has always been known for wearing her two-piece turquoise set and fans got to see a modern take on it in the recent live-action adaption of Aladdin. This dress has so much intricate beading and embroidery throughout which is what made it so extraordinary.
Jasmine’s also wearing plenty of gold and turquoise jewelry to tie to the outfit together, along with her matching headpiece. This movie was jam-packed with lots of detailed and gorgeous outfits, and this is definitely one of the best.
Alice’s Off-The-Shoulder Ruffle Dress
Alice wears this off the shoulder dress in the 2010 remake of Alice In Wonderland and fans are obsessed. This is the outfit she wears to explore Underland in and she looks pretty magical in it. It has a ruffled halter top and hangs off her shoulders in a messy, but also dreamy sort of way.
This dress really has the audience feeling like they’re in some kind of dream sequence with Alice. While this outfit doesn’t exactly seem ideal to walk around Underland in, nothing in this world is, it’s all bizarre and embellished so this dress fits right in.
Cinderella’s Square-Neck Corset Dress
How can one dress be so simple, delicate and royal looking all at the same time? This aqua blue dress is perfect for Cindy and she was breathtaking in it. When it comes to Cinderella, the star of the show is always supposed to be her ball gown, but this square-neck corset style dress is a close second.
It’s gorgeous, flattering and looks to be decently comfortable due to its breathable fabric. If you look closely you can see that she even has little blue flowers in her hair to tie the whole outfit together. It couldn’t be more perfect.
Alice’s Blue Button-Down Corset Dress
Alice’s blue dress from Alice In Wonderland is a classic favorite. This is the dress Alice wears before she downs the “Drink Me” potion and shrinks in size. After this, she was swimming in her dress but up until this moment, this dress looked like it was made for her, which it probably was.
The dress features a button-down corset style top that cinches at the waists, an embroidered ruffle a-line skirt, and delicate cap sleeves. At first glance, this dress seems pretty simple but with a second look, you can tell how much detail went into the making of it.
Belle’s Classic Blue And White Outfit
Belle’s everyday wear was so stunning even before she became a princess. We love this classic blue and white outfit that Belle wears when she sings her self-titled song “Belle” at the beginning of the film. It’s clear how much detail went into this look with its different layers, patterns, and side stitching.
This outfit stayed true to Belle’s style in the original Beauty and The Beast while also adding new elements, such as bloomers under her skirt and boots instead of slippers so that she can do anything she wants in this outfit.
Cinderella’s Ball Gown
Talk about captivating. While we love Cinderella’s simple dresses, but this fairytale ball gown just can’t be beaten. To give this sparkly skirt its enormous volume, it’s made up of multiple layers of shimmering blue and turquoise fabrics, as well as a petticoat underneath. Dozens of delicate butterflies adorn the top of this dress to finish the fairytale look.
According to Vanity Fair, it took 18 tailors and 500 hours to make this dress. Luckily, it seemed to all be worth it considering how it made audiences everywhere swoon.
Jasmine’s Embroidered Fuchsia Dress
Here’s another gorgeous outfit from Jasmine in the 2019 remake of Aladdin. She’s known for wearing shades of fuchsia, turquoise, and orange, and she wears them all so well. This fuchsia dress is so stunning on her and is even accented with bits of turquoise and lots of gold embellishments.
Jasmine is definitely the queen of accessorizing, as her gold and turquoise jewelry, headpiece and cape all match her dress perfectly. These outfits really capture Jasmine’s princess persona as well as her bright personality.
Belle’s Ball Gown
This is definitely the gown that comes to mind when you think of Belle from Beauty and The Beauty. The 2017 live-action film did a stunning job of bringing Belle’s ball gown to life. It stays true to its classic roots with its many layers of delicate yellow fabrics.
This dress is exactly how any Belle fan would imagine it, but even better. According to Harper’s BAZAAR, Belle didn’t wear a corset with this gown as they wanted to give Belle room to breathe, both literally and figuratively. Belle is very independent and they wanted this fact to come across in her costumes as well.
The White Queen’s Off-The-Shoulder Gown
Anne Hathaway was the perfect fit for the role of the White Queen in Alice in Wonderland and this dress was absolutely made for her. Not only does this off-the-shoulder gown look great on her, but it also depicts the White Queen so well with it’s all white embellished bodice.
The entire dress is extremely detailed, it has lots of embroidery and beading throughout as well as silver snowflakes featured on the skirt. This outfit is tied together with her crown and pearl necklace. It’s honestly not possible for it to have been any more gorgeous.
Belle’s Celebration Dress
Last but definitely not least, Belle’s celebration dress as seen at the end of Beauty and The Best is absolute perfection. Belle looks so beautiful in this cream-colored gown. It features peach-colored flowers throughout and mesh sleeves. This gown is perfect for Belle as it’s feminine yet functional.
It also shows off Belle’s independent personality perfectly. If you take a look at some of the other characters in the background, they seem to be more weighed down or confined by their clothing, but not Belle. She is a light and airy vision.
